External hard disk data recovery after formatted

Some of us become panic after formatting the external hard disk by accident, because there have been saved a lot of files and folders on the portable hard drive at the previous time. They may think that they must have lost all contents from the formatted portable hard disk. It is true that files and folders saved on the external hard disk are erased due to the formatting action. But they do not know there is a chance for us to get lost files back from the formatted external hard disk.
