Convert SD Card from RAW to FAT32 or NTFS

Generally speaking, we cannot access data from a memory card as it shows RAW, not NTFS or FAT32 as usual. We may naturally think about finding a way to convert the SD card from RAW to FAT32 or NTFS. Even thought this idea is not so right, we could also attain this target by formatting the SD card. But the formatting also has a drawback that you may loss your inner data on this SD card.
